I'm B+ and there have been definite improvements with certain things on this diet I'm still not feeling great. Actually, don't remember the last time I've felt ok. Not on any prescription medicine right now, never had any luck with it. Nor with doctors. They keep telling me I'm fine, except for my cholesteral and a little extra weight. Spent years trying to convince myself that I feel fine but decided I needed to find out on my own what's wrong because I'm 42 and I feel like I'm going on 100. I've just gotten skittish about the regular medical establishment and Houston is not thriving in alternative medicine.

And, I've been hearing what all you O's are doing with your extra energy!
