Jane-

Is CMV one of the herpes viruses? If so, try the olive leaf extract described in the
archived volumes of this forum. Actually, try it anyway. Since you are B, you can always
benefit from anti-virals such as this.

If you are B, your parents cannot have been O and A. You got the B
from one or the other of them, so one has to have been B or AB. Maybe one of
you was mistyped?

I am B, my husband is A, my dad and my son are AB, and my mom is O.
Having my parents over is a dietary nightmare. On a day-to-day basis,
I fix meals for my son and myself (turkey cheese turkey cheese turkey cheese fish)
and my poor husband fends for himself. Since he thinks ER4YT is a crock
anyway, you can imagine how relaxing mealtime is in our house. NOT.

In the book there are a few suggestions that might help you.
Make a vegetable stirfry, divide it, then throw in chicken for the A's & O's
and rabbit for yourself. It does help to have plenty of prepared foods on hand (cooked
meats, chopped vegetables) so that it is easy to customize.

Good luck,

Martha
