acid in their digestive tracts. A's don't get as many, and have a lot more trouble with tartar because they do not have enough acid to burn it off. By the way, there is a hypothesis that because O's & B's have more caries and thus more fillings, they are more prone to fibromyalgia & CFIDS (bacteria, viruses, and toxins "hide" between the fillings and the teeth and wreak havoc with the immune system), and more prone to liver disorders, multiple sclerosis, and Alzheimer's disease because of the mercury in the fillings. I've got 15 fillings, a root canal, and a bad case of CFIDS. What should I do now? Martha
