First, just to put my two cents in on the value of this diet, I've only been following it for a few weeks and not 100% religiously but the pain in my joints from my arthritis is GONE!!!!! It's been years since my knees have worked properly. However, my question is, does anyone know of a good N.D. in the Houston area or how I can find one. I'm not dying of anything but I don't really think I'm well either and the regular medical establishment is not responding (no surprise). Also, does anyone know what's good for low thyroid?
