We are fortunate to have wonderful well water and I drink about 30 ounces a day. More in warm weather. I have been using licorice tea recently, and also a detox tea with milk thistle. As far as the dental situation goes, I have numerous old fillings and a couple of root canals. When able to afford it, will look into finding someone to remove them. Has anyone had this done in Mexico? I know dental work is much less expensive there.
