I also fit into the type O, thyroid, vata profile. Makes it easier to confirm the food choices.
My problem is severe eczemza exacerbation after doing well on the diet for eight weeks. I've been told I may be releasing the heavy
metals through my skin.(hair analysis confirmed high copper). Anyone else with this experience? Recently cut out the fruit totally, down to meat, fish, and vegies.
