ER4YT, Ayurveda, Abravanel Systems

With the Ayurveda system I'm strongly a Vata, and as I remember it means oily, heavier foods. According to Dr. Abravanel's system, I'm a Thyroid type, and so need more eggs and flesh food, and less carbs. I am also a type O, which means the same as the above two. And I get very high triglycerides when I eat too many carbs, even the complex ones. So everything points in the same direction for me. The only hangup is that I've believed in vegetarianism for 25+ years, and have been one off and on (mostly on) for that long. "Diet for a New America" by John Robbins (on the necessity of reducing our meat eating for our health and for humanity) was my food bible. I did my part for years, and found out it wasn't doing good things for my body. Kind of a shock. I read ER4YT about a month ago and finally decided not to fight meat eating any more. I'm now eating more meat, lots of lower carb veges, and very low on grains and fruits. Seems to be working so far. My food cravings that kept me fighting my weight have reduced quite a bit.
Am curious as to whether most people fit into the same categories right down the line, like me, or if they are all over the place.
