I can't do weight lifting. I've already tried. I hate it and I won't stick with it. So, you said the abs respond better to 3-5 sets rather than a lot at one time. This is the kind of info I'm looking for but, I'd like to know why that is? What happens when I do sets that's better than when I do as many as I can until it hurts?
