Thanks for the post. What I was really hoping to hear is some specifics on how I should do the crunches. I shouldn't have used the word "sit-ups". I don't do those because I heard they were bad for the back. Could you ask your daughter exactly what she does when she does crunches--for example, does she do 50 and then rest a minute or does she do as many in a row as she can until it hurts too much? I just feel like the crunches I'm doing aren't as effective as they could be if I knew the best way to do them. Thanks
