Secondly, I'm not a type A. I'm a type O who has
contributed recipes on the type O board.
So now that we have that confusion out of the
way, my question is: can a person who follows
their blood type diet end up with the opposite
extreme of health problems? The example I
gave: If a type O is supposed to avoid all
acidic foods, can they then face problems
that someone with an overly alkaline body
faces? Other examples abound. Julia
