The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 4
Curious about paradoxical results from the diet?
Posted By: Julia Taylor Date: April-23, 1998 at 00:06:18
Example: What happens if a type O follows the diet to avoid all acidic foods to the point that their system becomes considerably more alkaline. Could they not then face the same health problems that another blood type is trying to avoid by eating foods that encourage increased acidity? Should there not be more balance (for example, a type O eating an orange every now and then) so as not to swing to the another extreme of health issues? (I know there's alot of 'nots' in the above paragraph, as in the blood type diet; hopefully you'll understand what I'm talking about)
