Thanks for pointing me to the hub. Your right, the configuration planning seems to be the complicated part. I've picked out a couple of books to guide me through it(One of them has the Finnish inventor writing the preface) I'm going ahead with this and X Windows because I use windows at work and I want to have someting a bit different to run WordPerfect and Netscape on at home. I'm glad some good alternatives are finally being mass-marketed.
