Thanks for the info guys! I will try the soy milk
and rice milk. One thing that I haven't figured out
is why I can tolerate things made of milk ex: ice icream,
frozen yogurt, cheeses. But I can't tolerate "unfrozen"
yogurt or anything that tastes strictly "milky". Health
professionals have told me that I should have a
tolerance for yogurt, but I don't. Anyone else have
this problem?
