Looking for info on forage plants of northern Europe...

There's alot of info out there on ethnobothany but
it's mostly about north American plants or a few
introduced species from the eastern hemisphere.
Whenever I research northern Europe, it's in German
or Swedish or Danish or something. Anyone know where
I can find this info on the web in English? Is Dr. D
going to include a broader variety of plant families
in his next book?
