In Response To: snoring (Sandra Mc)
Hi Sandra,
I believe yellow tennis balls are listed as a neutral for type A's. Here's what you need to do: First ascertain that when your husband snores he is on his back. I believe you will find that that is the case. Next you need to sew a pouch is the back of his pj's top for a single tennis ball. Insert a yellow tennis ball making should that it can't slip out during the night. Now this is the hard part. You must now convince your husband that this is the newest fashion for pj's. If all goes well, when your husband rolls onto his back, the tennis ball will be uncomfortable enough so that he will roll onto his side. And the ball is soft enough, that it will not cause him any harm. One word of caution, Dr.D. has determined that red tennis balls are an avoid for all blood types. He has a special name for that, but I forgot what it is. You might also try giving your husband either some goat's milk or yogurt before he retires. These are both neutrals, and the calcium in them may allow him to sleep better. There are also many simple gadgets on the market that may work. Pleasant Dreams, Paul...
