HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! my B type husband snors so loud I usually have to move to the couch and it is really disturbing my sleep. Any one have any sure fire remedies, food supplements or otherwise. He is doing better in alot of ways since starting the ER4YT diet but this is no better.
