New to the book/website . . . and the "Arizona"
qualification is because I found, in searching old
posts, another "Melody" . . .
I/we agree with Ed on the reverse osmosis approach
to good water. In Western New York (a year ago),
we ordered bottled water to be delivered regularly,
since we (I, mostly) didn't/don't trust local
water supplies, wherever they are. Here (Prescott),
we found many (most in our area) use reverse
osmosis systems. While the taste is not quite
"spring water," the quality (which I researched)
is good.
By the way, any company worth buying water or
water-filtration products from will give you the
chemical, etc. breakdowns of their product,
usually as opposed to those of unfiltered water or
any "other" water. It is important, I believe,
before making such choices, to determine what YOU
want and that your supplier/manufacturer is not
only able to deliver, exactly to your specifications,
what you need, but will guarantee it.
'Nuf on water . . . I find the site illuminating
and -- how terrific to be able to throw out your
concerns about this diet and OUR health! Posts I
have read have been insightful, helpful, certainly
informative(!) and I look forward to more!
Melody (or Arizona Melody, if that qualification
is necessary)
As a new participant(s)in both the diet and website,
I am impressed by most of what I have read, although
we are TOO new to give any self-evaluation on
results of the diet (i.e. FOLLOWING the diet, etc.).
