In Response To: Re: CR4YT and food lists (Peter D'Adamo)
This is my first post, since I just purchased the book and discovered this page. Dr. D mentioned in one of his chat sessions that type Bs should avoid chicken and salmon. He went on later in the chat session to mention that there were other errors in the published food lists. I have gone out to the archives and looked up the food lists. Both lists still contain salmon in the highly beneficial seafood sections. The other error mentioned in the chat session was oats for type Os. Both lists still incorrectly list oats as an avoid for type Os. In the posts, people have mentioned that these lists are up to date. I would have to disagree. Is there one place where the corrections to the published lists in the book are contained? Imagine my dismay when as type B, I thought that I was doing the right thing in chosing salmon as late as 3 days ago for a highly beneficial meat, to only find out yesterday that it was really in my avoid group! I don't have a problem with avoiding the salmon. I am looking for one place to get the information. I don't have time to scan all the posts, chats and messages looking for corrections. Specifically, I am looking for the corrections for type B and O.
