Can't Tolerate Milk

Hi,

I would like to know if anyone have any suggestions on what I could eat with
cereals besides milk? My system doesn't tolerate straight milk from the carton, although
I have no problem eating products with milk in it. I don't eat cereal because
of the milk situation. I once heard someone mention using apple juice with the
cereal but haven't tried it yet. Any suggestions about what to eat with cereal?
