Good quality water

After reading the latest discussions on this board about water, I'm still confused as to what to buy. I'm convinced now not to buy distilled. I don't want to buy something exotic, expensive and impractical to obtain. Is there any good quality water sold at the grocery store? How about spring water? We are a family of four, working on somemore. Any practical suggestions?
