Karen, maybe poor Food Combination

Karen, Maybe I am just stating the obvious, but is he practicing good food combination? For example if he is eating starch with meats that could cause it. Also, I am wondering if he was a vegetarian for a long time and feels "guilty" about eating meat. I put the Simpson's into my diet suggestions for a reason. What is his attitude towards this diet? Is it fun for him or does he look upon it as a drag? People up on this board take a rather materialist approach to health and diet. As much as we love and respect the "Big E", he seems to be the worst culprit. I have tried to bring in other elements from time to time. I think attitude and mental state have to be considered sometimes...nay, always. An ex-lover had the same problem with fats, and she had to cut out all fats (oils) pretty much completely. Now she does not suffer anymore. -Thomas
