Here is what I normally do to gain weight:
7AM 3 Scrambled Eggs and Manna bread
10AM Protein Drink (I like EAS brand)
12:30 1 Can of tuna in a salad with lots
3PM Protein Drink
6PM Two big-ass chicken breasts or steak
7PM Watch Simpsons (reruns on nightly in Bay Area)
9PM Manna bread and sesame butter
10PM End the day by trying to put,something
