Although I am a fast-burner, I have put on
weight. You did not mention your blood type.
For me, it seemed essntial to eat often.
I ate a lot of manna bread and nut butters.
If you are a type O, sesame butter seems to be
a good one because it contains a lot of
calcium. Also, I lifted weights...I have
added 15 pounds in the last 4 months.
