The Hulda zapper uses a square wave output of a 555 timer. The frequency is actually ~40-80KHz but since its a square wave the harmonics of the electrical wave create other positive effects. The output AC wave is created between two hand held devices, usually copper pipe. The output voltage is ~6VAC as the battery used is a 9V DC source. Its important that the wave shape be square waved and that it does not go below 0v, but rather swings from 0 to 6V. Does this answer the question?
