Interestingly enough, my health practioner recommended the product before I ever knew about ER4YT. He uses it to boost his immune system and recommends it to patients for the same thing. I have used it when I start to get sick or are feeling susceptible. If I take it when I feel a cold coming on, I never get the full blown cold. My son has used it also when he is fighting a cold/ear infection. It has worked great!
