hey, thanks for the suggestion, Ed. I'll check out lysine and arginine info.
I failed to mention that I have some liver problems so perhaps that's why cholesterol is low.
I think the liver is responsible for producing cholesterol. Seems I've had a compromised liver
for quite a few years without knowing it.
