I tried it on myself, My husband and a couple of friends. We all soaked it up within eight hours. So I tried it on my little hypothyroid dog on the pink part of his belly. He did not soak up any yet after 15 hours. I tried kelp once but it bothered my stomach. This is an interesting way to track the results.
