Need help with Monkfish

Since Monkfish is hard to get in my community and it's highly beneficial for both my husband and myself, I just purchased $30 worth, special order. I thought I had a recipe, but I must have been dreaming. This fish does not look or smell very appealing to me, so I'd really appreciate some ideas of how to cook it in an appetizing way.
