As a kid, tincture of Iodine was the standard antiseptic. (Yup, I'm that old.) I must have painted myself with areas larger than silver dollars on knees and elbows on several occasions. If one 'silver dollar' is an adult's 24 hr dose, then what dosage was I giving myself at the age of six and half an adult weight?
I used to DRAW on myself with the stuff when I could sneak it out of the cabinet.

Now I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and am reluctant to try the test.
