Look, you've been on this thing HOW long, and you're STILL confused? I'm a baby on this program, and I look up to you as a veteran and a 'guide'. Don't tell me this gets confuseder and confuseder.... I have been on this plan for 9 days (but who's counting) and I am feeling really good.. better than with other diet plans, but I have to admit to being a little dismayed (maybe that's too strong a word) about all the what-I-would-term REALLY far out foods I've seen discussed (and I'm usually one of the farther out, food wise). Anyway, I'm also Internet impaired and am just learning to crawl around here, which is why I usually wind up back at the forum, as in a funny thing happened... Well, I just wanted to 'get my feet wet' so to speak, and I appreciate your listening. This is my first attempt at communicating, as if you couldn't tell, and I guess I picked on you because I like the way you write. Stay healthy. p.s. what's a URL?
