Does anyone know if grapeseed oil is okay?

I'm B+ and I've tried this question on the B/AB Board but havn't gotten an answer. Most oils are avoids for B's but I cook a lot with grapeseed oil and it's not mentioned on the food lists. I know grapes are okay but that doesn't necessarily mean grapeseed oil is okay. It's a very light oil with a very light flavor which comes in handy when olive oil is too much. Thanks in advance if anybody has any info?

While I'm here, does anyone know about St. John's Wort in relation to this diet?
