Got a good Ezekiel Bread recipe off a previous page, but I see now it is gone. My local health store sells a nice Manna Bread (same thing I think) but it contains some things B should not eat. So I wish I could get that recipe again from the board. I unfortunately gave the page away to someone else thinking I could just go to the Board and retrieve it again. Anyone out there with that recipe? Thanks a lot. I have actually gone ahead and got a big jar of sprouted things ready to dehydrate and grind into Ezekiel flour! Only I have to pick out the Garbanzos and mung beans... no problem though. Thanks, whoever!
