The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 3
Does anyone know what a low oxalate diet consists of?

I have heard that a low oxalate (spelling?) is used to treat specific conditions including fibromyalgia and vulvodynia/pelvic floor dysfunction. Does anyone know the specifics of the diet, what to eat, what to avoid? Thanks for any info!
