A reference to nettle can be found on p. 234 of ER4YT under Congestion. It appears to be ok for all blood types. Dr.D also sells it at his online store. By the way, for any of the men in your family, stinging nettle, also known as urtica dioica, has been found to be effect for treating enlarged prostate problems and is approved as a drug in Germany for that purpose, along with saw palmetto and pygeum (Fortschr Med (1/30/95) 113(3):37-40).
