Stinging Nettles--Blood Type Usages?

I can't find nettles on any food lists as yet. You can eat them cooked, use the dried form in capsules for antihistaminic effects, etc. BTW on the O board someone mentioned foods containing histamines. Anyone have an idea what these might be? Thanks--Mary J.
