Thanks, AN- It's not all pork that is nitrate laden, only pork meat that has been commerically preserved such as assorted hams and bacon. I have a reliable source for organically raised pork. What I want to know is whether the pork lectin is incompatible with the AB blood type. Regards, --Laurie
