I am a Vata-Kapha who has combined knowledge from Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, ER4YT, and other disciplines. I have found that all have various parts of a puzzle needed to create and maintain wellness. I have a B+ blood type. I am inerested in any information available on co combining or comparing these regimes. Thank you in advance.
