Low cholesterol

My cholesterol is just a bit low (low cholesterol is very dangerous, esp. if it gets down to anything much below 160- mine got to 110 using cholesterol lowering drugs like Mevcor at the time of my "unfortunate incident"; if the body doesn't get enoug cholesterol it "aborts"). If your cholesterol is decreasing naturally as a result of change in diet, it's difficult to imagine it falling "too low" -- unless you're suppressing your liver enzyme activity with herbs or garlic.
