Aging - it is what convinces us. Thinking back on my diet in college causes me to shudder. I gave no consideration to what I ate. I am in excellent health, I had only minor problems that cleared up upon adherance to ER4YT. I'm glad that I found it. There are so many diseases on both sides of my family that don't manifest until middle age. I am taking all the precautions that I can. At 40 I can't afford to waste any time.
I hope that that young woman, future doctor, will have an enlightened instructor who will share with her the importance of good nutrition. It's sad that most MD's have no real concept of a healthy diet. We have to spread the word. We are and will be living testaments of good nutrition =good health.
