The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 3

Re: Yoga, cortisol, VLDL and type A

Good point! The reference which discriminated
between moderate and heavy exertion wasn't using
yoga in the experiment, so we maybe still don't know
what yoga does or doesn't do to the transient
VLDL toxicity in type A's.

Keeping down levels of toxic VLDL would seem to
be indicated for everyone regardless.
Maybe that's your 'out,' similar to looking for a
cortisol control. BTW another ref showed type A's
had quicker drop off in cortisol levels after exercise
than do type O's.

Several references link hypoxia to increased cortisol,
so Jenny's comment about deep breathing during exercise
is on the mark, too.

Would like to see P D'A's comments!
