The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 3
Re: Yoga, exercise, and cortisol, VLDL and type A

All I can say is that I have been doing yoga for years and it is fantastic. It has a little bit of everything - intense exercise, quiet stretches and twists, and at the end we meditate. You feel really good because you've had a good workout and you get to rest on and off during it, but you really don't rest, and the meditation at the end is such a treat. It sews it all up.
Anyway it's good for your organs, lymphatic system, bodily toxins are eliminated, muscles are toned, and it helps your brain and spirit. I can't say enough good things about it, and I think it is wonderful for all blood types, even those feisty O's!!! It sometimes takes a while to fall in love with it, but when you do, there's no going back.
