I, too would want a sample or two before that kind of investment. How many total recipes? Does it have recipes for the "new" foods we are eating now according to blood type; but don't have a clue how to fix? Tpe O examples: Jerusalem artichokes (sun chokes), pumpkin (not as dessert), chard and collards? Vinegar substitutes? I am not trying to discourage anyone, but don't want to buy unless it helps to solve the problems I am now having. I did find an oldie in the library by Dr. Crook & Marjorie Hurt Jones called YEAST CONNECTION COOKBOOK. I've had some great salad dressings so far. Thanks, Ed...hope you can get permission to share a few.
