The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 3

Before I disseminate Type A foodlists, please clarify:

Hi, Dr. D'Adamo --

Many ER4YT posters are using the food lists I put together in WordPerfect or Word for Windows. I just got a number of new requests for the lists, but I've also just been alerted that a few foods have changed status for Type A's since the book was published, and I'd feel better hearing from you about them before I proceed (the Bliss lists and Steve's new set do not contain these "updates").

The items in question are elderberries, red grapes, black grapes, brown rice, and mustard: "Pam," who drew my attention to the issue, referred to a message from "Mary" on 2/2/98 (.../forum/board-a2/messages/9689.html). I was further directed to your Compuserve chat on 1/29, as Pam recalls that these changes were discussed there. I read the chat & don't see the changes!

Thank you!
