I Guess That Means the Flat Bread is NOT a Good Idea

Thanks so much for helping me with the definition of spring flour. The Afghan Flat Bread looked so tasty in the bakery :-) I was confused, however as to just what was in the Flat Bread -- its major ingredient was spring flour and I didn't know whether or not it might have been an acceptable sprouted seed bread. Oh well, with your info, I guess I'll leave the Flat Bread alone and shop for more Ezekiel &/or Essene bread. Thanks again for the help.
