My reference to Ebola is in Table 1, p. 65 of the Walker book. The table is entitled Infectious Diseases for Which Olive Leak Extract Acts as an Anti-Microbial Agent, and lists Ebola Sudan and Ebola Zaire Virus Infections along with 135 others. Walker's references to Ebola are to be found within a group of 25 published medical references (p. 213-214), along with clinical experiences of currently practicing health professionals, which together cover the 137 diseases listed in the table. Unfortunately, the reference titles are sufficiently non-descript that I cannot tell which ones apply to Ebola, so you will have to do a bit of digging. You should have no trouble finding the paperback book. Sorry I am not able to be more specific.
