Thank you so much Heidi! Could you give me a couple of examples of the most common varieties of vegetables that you put together. I am staying away from fruits right now, with the exception of an occasional apple, so I am mainly interested in vegetable juice. I have been making a lot of soups using swiss chard, turnip greens, carrots, garlic and onions and of course meat of some kind (hamburger is wonderful) and tomatoes. It is absolutely fantastic. So satisfying. I would like to do the juices alone for a couple of days a month, in addition to having them on a daily basis with my meat and salad meals. I think I would like it for breakfast too, as I really like a liquid meal at that time of day. Thanks for your help, it is much appreciated. You can e-mail me instead of taking up board space if you like! Patti
