Dorothy: Mine are pretty weak. as a result, I have cardiovascular symptoms when I detox-breathlessness, anxiety, cold extremities, blood sugar imbalance to name a few, all of which can make one feel crazy unless you know what they are. Difficulty taking breath in (I am told by an acupuncturist) is a sign of adrenal problems. And I am looking at ways to support adrenals while I detox.
