In Response To: "Dr. Abrawanel's Body Type Diet and Lifetime Nutrition Plan" (Jean)
Of Dr. A's 4 body types I am a thyroid type. Meaning, among other things, that I need lots of protein evenly divided throughout the day. Fits with being a Type O blood type. My husband also Type O is a pituitary by Dr. A. He neds to eat meat for breakfast. Mt thinking is that Dr. DAdamo is right about the blood type information. That must be the bedrock to any diet/lefestyle changes; but perhaps one could fine tune with Dr. A or the Zone diet, etc. BUT the blood type information is critical write crutial, but I am not sure how to spell it!> Seems the other diet help you feel better at first, but then they let you down. As I follow ER4YT I only seem to go from better to Better to BETTER. I am getting more like how one should be at 45 rather than feeling like I am 70 or 80.
