Yesterday I went to see a nuturitional therapist who prescribed the diet from hell, because of massive infection with candida. I had no idea what the culprit was, just that something was robbing my vitality. Today at work I went crazy trying to adjust just to the first day on this diet - but it is the right choice, the only choice. You're not alone, hang in there, it's worth it!!!!
