Kath, this is all interesting stuff. I don't have any answers, just more questions. I have been wondering about juicing myself, but being an O, perhaps it would not be advised. With all of this meat and fat, I think I would like to, on occasion, do a juice fast. Mostly vegetables, and only for a few days a month. If anyone has any ideas or experience/knowlege about it, I would appreciate hearing about it. Especially, whether or not it would be beneficial in any manner. Patti
